LET’S DEFINE IT

Your online presence. Let’s talk about it…

Your online presence is how you present yourself, share your work, engage with your viewers and utilize the virtual space through your online activity.

Your online presence exists to help you…

  1. Build Your Brand

  2. Generate New Leads

  3. Retain + Nurture Relationships

  4. Share Your Portfolio

  5. Educate Your Viewers

  6. Connect + Build Trust

Your online presence and your content creation is HUGE for your business as this is key to your marketing strategies!

When asked what is the biggest challenge with content creation, oftentimes many of us answer “time”. We know how strapped for time we can all be so figuring out a content creation process that works for you is major. Remember, you can create a process but then outsource the execution of that process. You do not have to go at this alone. Finding people you trust to help you carry the load and meet your goals is really where you can learn to delegate and thrive!

From having an online presence, what we really want is to be able to generate our SEO’s. We want to increase your visibility to new potential clients who are out there searching the market looking for trained professionals like yourself to solve their problems and fill their needs. It is up to us to work to create organized traffic through utilization of online platforms like blogging, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.,

It is never too late to start boosting or even begin your journey of having an online presence!

3 QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF

  1. Do I Have An Organized Content Creation Process?

  2. Where Do I Post My Content?

  3. Where Am I Struggling The Most With My Online Presence?

A content creation process is not only essential but it is powerful.

Having a strong platform to share your content on like Instagram, Facebook, etc., is key! We encourage you to start somewhere, stick to it, and stay consistent! We know you are busy busy bees, always grinding in your day to day life so it can be hard to successfully execute your plan of action for your online presence.

Oftentimes we lack the time to be able to share the content we want to share to highlight our business and reach our ideal clients. It’s important to remember that the minute your content is shared, you should already be thinking steps ahead about what’s next and how you can continue your online dialogue both efficiently and effectively.

CONTENT CREATION PROCESS

We know having an online presence can feel INTIMIDATING. We can feel scared, we can feel lonely, we can feel lost, but just know this is a part of the process and you can do it and will get there! Having a process that will allow you to figure out what to present and how to present it will essentially set you up for success.

Here are 5 tips for starting your content creation process to help you strategize and figure out what works for you!

  1. Planning + Strategy: Plan it out.

Write down some goals that will help you speak to the audience you are hoping to reach. Make sure you figure out what is working, how often you need to share content, where you best share your content and how you can promote it to where you want it to be.

  2. Mapping: Map it out.

Take some time to brainstorm and do research. Figure out how you can strategize to share your content and put your best foot forward. Figure out your voice and make sure you are intentional about the content you are sharing and how you are sharing it.

  3. Tools: Lay it out.

Once you have figured out what tools fit your needs and work best for you, take the time to do your editing, planning and creating through those platforms. Utilizing different platforms to help keep you organized and on track with your content process will really help you to stay on track!

  4. Promotion: Get it out.

After you have figured out where you would like to share your content, use your voice and get your message and work out there. Social media platforms are so vital to share your content and help generate new leads + traffic. Do not sleep on this part of the process!

  5. Analyze: Figure it out.

Take the time to figure out how successful your efforts are with your content creation process. Look into your traffic, your views, your engagement, etc., as a means to figure out the areas that you can increase your efforts and generate more leads.
