Fleursociety’s February Educator Of The Month Featuring Erice McNeff of Everbloom

It’s a new month and you know what that means… it’s time to introduce to you our educator of the month! Our educators of the month are members of our community who deeply inspire us, teach alongside us, and share a deep passion for learning and creating.

It is our joy to share with you our February Educator of the month, the ever so lovely and very talented, Erice McNeff of Everbloom!

Erice is a wearer of many hats; successful business owner, wife, and mama to her sweet little babe. Erice is incredibly passionate and so very intentional when it comes to her design process and client experience. Also, her attention to detail as well as her skill level is off the charts!

We are so excited for you to learn more about our February Educator of the month, Erice McNeff of Everbloom.

GET TO KNOW ERICE :)

Based in Southern California, Erice McNeff of Everbloom is an incredibly talented floral designer who specializes in “refined, romantic, and artisanal designs.” She has a keen eye for harmonious aesthetics and her work is heavily influenced by the “natural beauty of life”.

  • Erice finds joy in being able to work with her hands in this beloved floral career she has created for herself. In addition, she also finds reward in the labor-intensive workdays that come with floral design.

  • She is spirited about gaining a deep understanding of her client’s stories and emotions as inspiration for her creative process. This deep understanding of her client’s hopes and desires helps her creativity run wild allowing her to create breathtaking works of art.

  • Additionally, she genuinely values the trust she has built with her clientele and works hard to deliver high-quality work, high-quality service, and a high-quality client experience. She has a huge heart for her business, artistry, and floristry. Her floral expertise, great attention to detail, talent, and intentional designs are hard to miss!

Fun Facts: In addition to flowers, Erice loves to bake, garden, redecorate, and spend time exploring Dana Point with her family whilst sipping coffee. That all sounds like a dream!

What better way to honor Black History Month than to show our appreciation and admiration for this beautiful black creative, Erice. More BIPOC representation is needed in the floral industry and we love the space that Erice holds within it.

Also, as another woman of color, my heart sings when I find other fellow curly-haired girls who are just as much in love with floral design as I am. #YasssQueen

We’re wildly passionate about flowers, but that’s only the beginning.

“Erice is an absolute master of her craft. From the second I saw her gorgeous, free-flowing bouquets on Instagram, I knew that she would understand my vision for my wedding florals but the way that she brought my vision to life was infinitely better than I could've imagined. Erice was transparent with her pricing and process, and I appreciated her expertise and knowledge when it came to determining what I could accomplish with my budget. I received so many compliments on all the floral arrangements; everyone said, ‘I've never seen wedding flowers like this before!”

The new dawn blooms as we free it
For there is always light,
if only we’re brave enough to see it,
If only we’re brave enough to be it.
