This week’s blog is a fun one for us! We love our monthly Educator Features! This is an opportunity for us to shed light on the amazing members who help make our community what it is!
We are overjoyed to bring to you all this month, the wonderful Kelly Marie Thompson of Fleur Inc. Based out of the windy city of Chicago, IL, Kelly is a well known florist with many years of experience + talent located in the heart of the Logan Square neighborhood!
She is so kind! She is unique! She is so incredibly wise! We highly recommend you check out her dreamy boutique if you are ever in the Chicagoland area! It is simply magical! Since its start back in 2002, Fleur Inc has been up and running, transforming itself over the years. What once started as a “floral bucket shop” has since then blossomed into a home goods boutique filled with intentionally curated gifts. One can purchase handcrafted linens, jewelry, home decor, plants and you guessed it… flowers!
Fleur Inc has a stellar flower bar for their patrons if looking to take home some blooms to build their own bouquet. They also have a wonderful staff that is willing and ready to design and create their signature windswept floral arrangements as well! This brick and mortar storefront is truly so much more than just a shop.
Kelly and her team pride themselves on their creative influence of what is known as “Fleur Lifestyle” when it comes to the selection of the goods and services they provide. They also are huge advocates of equality and they value love! The feelings are TOTALLY mutual!
Fleur Inc is equipped with a fantastic floral studio that is by appointment, where Kelly and her team design for a number of different events. Each and every design that leaves Fleur Inc is created with the purest intentions and that luxury feel. Kelly’s team is made up of hardworking, talented, unique and inspiring floral designers! They are a joy to know and a bright light in the floral community!
Fun Fact! Kelly has a passion for cooking and we hear she is dang good at it! She loves to host friends and family over for a nice home cooked meal.
